Privacy

Preloved Silk is run by secondhandchic (contact), who looks after your details. We keep as little as we can.

What we keep

• When you buy: your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. Stripe takes these on its payment page and passes them to us. We never see your card details.
• Emails you send us.

No accounts, no newsletters, no advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is kept only in your own browser.

Why

To post your order, email you about it, handle returns, and keep the sales records the law asks of a business.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, to take your payment.
• The carrier you choose (Royal Mail, Evri or InPost), for the delivery label.
• Cloudflare, which runs this website and our email.

We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long

Order records are kept for 6 years, as tax rules require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you (except what we must keep for tax): email orders@prelovedsilk.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
